Electromagnetic Guns from Baumer hhs allow intermittent application at speeds which
can no longer be served by conventional mechanical systems. A sealed system
reduces setup and maintenance, thus increasing machine output. Non-contact
gluing further reduces contamination. Baumer hhs electromagnetic Guns have no
moving seals and so are practically wear free and adapted to longitudinal,
cross- and dot-gluing.
Vario Guns
Extremely fast cycling electromagnetic Guns for non-contact application of
liquid adhesive dots. Small footprint with integrated tip sealer which protects the
nozzle from drying during stops and a max. cycles rate to 1000 cycles/sec.
P-Guns
Electrical cold glue application gun P-500 for dot and line gluing.
The robust glue applicator with extremely high performance reserves guarantee
greatest production availability with minimum maintenance. Dot mode allows
application of tiny amounts of liquid adhesive. If more glue is required, optimised
Gun flow combined with a maximum glue pressure of 50 bar (725 psi) provides
a wide setting range, allowing adjustment of the applied glue amount as
required by product and machine speed at any time.

Heavy duty guns, modulated via differential pistons, for high pressure
applications up to 150 bars (2176 psi). Also available in slot-die and spray
