The Xmelt Melter transforms the
granules into liquid glue. The liquid is pumped through heated hoses to the
guns which are also heated. There it is applied to the packaging surface at
perfect temperature.
With XtendČ controllers you can operate hot melt application centrally for the first time.
On a touch screen you can enter the desired
lengths of hot melt lines and determine the heating-up of tank, hoses
and application guns.
