The Xtend² function Code Reading with the help of the connected sensors carries out the identification of the various bar-codes on all the workpieces that pass through the machine. It compares these codes to the perfect reference code. If the acquired results of the data analysis do not correspond to the tolerance sensitivity parameters set by an operator, this workpiece is considered a defected one. In order to eject the defected workpieces the acquired results are sent to the Tracking & Ejecting module that controls the ejector. When needed with code reading, glue verification or cameras.

- Suitable for EAN/UPC code in direction of transportation 630 m/min (2067 ft./min) or transverse 100 m/min (328 ft./min) per 10 mm (0.4 in.) code height
